No. Requesting a property review gives us an opportunity to learn about the property and answer your questions. It does not commit you to selling or accepting an offer.
No. ClearBreak Property Solutions is a real estate investment and property solutions company, not a real estate brokerage. When a property fits what we are looking for, ClearBreak may make a direct offer to purchase it.
We consider inherited, vacant, tenant-occupied, distressed, and difficult-to-maintain properties, including homes that need significant repairs. Each property is reviewed individually.
